The location here is excellent and amazing, suitable whether you're on holidays or attending events with many food options within walking distance.

Such beautiful area, stunning and very pretty location, very close to Graiguenamanagh, the attractions the South East has to offer and Kilkenny. Comfy bed in the double room, plus WiFi and a TV set.

Enjoyed a fabulous breakfast with a beautiful view of Brandon Hill and loved the amazing location in the Waterford area.

The breakfast variety is wonderful with homemade brown bread to die for, a fine view of Brandon Hill and non cooked option, excellent service. The room is reasonably spacious and beautiful and essentials you need, including an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron, is right there

I felt safe in the fantastic St Mullins and Graiguenamanagh surrounded by green fields.

We were warmly welcomed and the room was clean and cozy. It was filled with an array of engaging books and we appreciated the addition of coffee and a delicious full Irish breakfast. the location of the B&B was perfect, being near the lovely sites of St Mullins and Graiguenamanagh, as well as providing easy access to the attractions of the South East.

I had a very relaxing time at Brandon View House B&B. the staff were super-friendly and amiable, and the location was picturesque. the room was cosy and attractive, equipped with amenities like an iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV.

I really enjoyed this beautifully kept and absolutely great place. It was attractive, neat, and with a view. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were a plus.

The large and clean rooms were beautifully decorated, filled with interesting books, and the staff provided excellent service, all in a stunning location perfect for holidays or events.

Reasonably clean property with great staff. the breakfast with option. Location really close to fantastic St Mullins and Graiguenamanagh, a cafe, and Kilkenny. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The location was magnificent and picturesque, very close to the attractions of the South East like Borris and Brandon Hill. the double room I booked was beautiful and complete with beautiful decor, offering a fine view of Brandon Hill. the full Irish breakfast was over the moon! .

The B&B is situated in a peaceful countryside, surrounded by lush greenery and serene landscapes. the rooms are spacious, clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast is hearty and delicious, with homemade brown bread and a variety of options to choose from. the owner is attentive, welcoming and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. There are also thoughtful touches like a tea and coffee corner on the landing and books in the living room.

The soundproofing could be improved, as some guests complained about noise from the power showers.
